The Freedom Flag should be below The American Flag and smaller. In the event that a State Flag is also raised The Freedom Flag should be below both.
2. What if there are multiple flag poles?
When there are multiple flag poles The Freedom Flag will always go to the left of The American Flag and lower when looking at the school or other building.
